Sound Familiar?
Does Your Child Have Any of These Challenges?
Trouble listening
Instructions at home take three tries. Class structure gives them a reason to listen the first time.
Short attention span
Drills are built in small blocks so focus is trained, not demanded.
Shy in new rooms
A predictable class and familiar instructors make participation feel safe.

Ages 4–6
The first class is usually the hardest — and the last hard one
Most parents tell us the same thing: their child hid behind them at the door, then walked out forty minutes later asking when they could come back. That shift is the whole point of the Tigers program.
Building Strength and Growth with Every Class
Every Tigers class moves through warm-up, skill, drill, and a life-skill lesson. Children leave with a little more coordination and a lot more belief that they can do hard things.

Physical Coordination & Control
Balance, footwork, and body awareness taught through age-appropriate movement.

Focus & Attention
Short, repeatable drills that stretch attention span a few seconds at a time.

Handling Frustration
Kids learn to reset and try again — on the mat first, then everywhere else.

Good Sportsmanship
Bowing in, partner work, and encouraging classmates are part of the curriculum.
“Rise has become a very special part of my kid's life. I have seen him grow and learn basic life skills under very caring and professional instruction.”
